Every flat must be supplied with a quality standards determined by the following minimum and compulsory outfits:

1. high quality furniture with an homogeneous aspect;
2. high quality and homogeneous dishes (cutlery, dishes, glasses, pans…) enough for the number of sleeping accommodations;
3. bed and bath linen with weekly change;
4. washing-machine, ironing-board, television, fridge with freezer;
5. little child kit with bottle-warmer, highchair (for table too), cradle or cot (on request), table games;
6. collector of informative material regarding the area (attractions, selling of typical products, bicycle rent, manège…), and regarding the shows on the programme with information and recreation opportunities;
7. a "first shopping" basket consisting of bread, milk, coffee, sugar, the, marmalade, butter… enough for the number of sleeping accommodations;
8. final cleaning of the flat at the end of your stay
